Our Vision

I envision a future where Black & Indigenous youth from low-income communities no longer feel pressured to take unsafe or unstable routes to earn money. Too many young people grow up with limited options and cannot see a clear path forward. At Highway to Hope, we built a program that proves another way is possible. With the right training, mentorship, and support, youth can earn a licence within months and begin stable, legal, and well-paying careers in trucking.

Through this work, we replace hopelessness with pride, purpose, and opportunity. We are not only preparing drivers, we are transforming lives and showing young people that independence and stability are within reach. As Highway to Hope grows, my vision is to expand our impact across the Greater Toronto Area and the trucking industry so that more youth can believe in themselves and build lasting change for their communities.
